By creating an account on Coaching Pro or accessing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
Coaching Pro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Coaching Pro is an AI-powered marketplace that connects options trading learners with experienced trading coaches and mentors. Our platform provides educational tools, trading calculators, analytics dashboards, and coaching session scheduling to help users improve their trading skills and knowledge.
Coaching Pro does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or brokerage services. All content on the platform is for educational purposes only.
To access most features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support or through your account settings. Coaching Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
Coaching Pro offers two subscription tiers: Starter (free forever, no credit card required) and Pro ($10/month). The Starter plan provides limited AI-coached trades, basic tilt detection, and one coaching path. The Pro plan unlocks unlimited AI-coached trades, all coaching paths, the full psychology engine, and advanced analytics. Current plan details are available on our pricing page.
The Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial with access to all Pro features. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your Pro subscription will begin and you will be charged $10/month accordingly. The Starter plan is free and does not require a trial.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Access continues through the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free Starter plan. If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your first charge, contact support for a full refund.
Provider service fees are set by individual providers. The platform facilitates payment processing and retains a 20% platform fee, with 80% going to the provider. Refund policies for marketplace purchases are determined by each provider.
Providers who offer services through Coaching Pro (courses, workshops, tools, mentorship, digital products) must maintain accurate credentials, provide high-quality content, and adhere to our Provider Code of Conduct. Providers are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Coaching Pro.
Providers retain 80% of their gross revenue, with 20% going to platform operations. Payouts are processed monthly on the 15th. Coaching Pro reserves the right to remove providers who engage in unprofessional conduct, consistently receive poor feedback, or violate these Terms.
All content, features, and functionality of the Coaching Pro platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and AI models — are the exclusive property of Coaching Pro and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User-generated content (such as reviews, comments, and forum posts) remains the property of the user, but by posting, you grant Coaching Pro a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content on the platform.
When you interact with the AI Coach (including text-based coaching and voice coaching), your conversations are stored on our servers to provide continuity across sessions, enable personalized coaching, and improve the quality of coaching responses. Conversation history is associated with your user account and retained for as long as your account remains active.
Coaching Pro may use aggregated and anonymized conversation data for analytics purposes, including identifying common trading challenges, improving AI coaching accuracy, developing new coaching features, and measuring the effectiveness of coaching interactions. Anonymized conversation data does not contain personally identifiable information and cannot be traced back to individual users.
You may request deletion of your AI Coach conversation history at any time by contacting support at support@coachingpro.ai. Deleting conversation history may reduce the personalization of future coaching interactions. Upon account deletion, all conversation data associated with your account will be permanently deleted within 90 days, except for anonymized data that has already been aggregated for analytics.
Coaching Pro and its coaches do not provide personalized financial, investment, or tax advice. All educational content, strategy discussions, and trading tools are for informational and educational purposes only. Options trading involves significant risk and is not suitable for all investors. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
Past performance discussed on the platform does not guarantee future results. Users are solely responsible for their own trading decisions and outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coaching Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform, any trading losses incurred, or any unauthorized access to your account.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
