How do I get started with Coaching Pro?
Getting started is easy! Sign up with your email address, create a password, and verify your account. Then, complete your trader profile by selecting your experience level and trading goals. You can immediately explore the platform or search for a coach that matches your needs. Most users are ready to start trading or scheduling their first coaching session within minutes.
What's included in the free trial?
Our 14-day free trial gives you full access to all platform features including the AI search, trading calculators, options scanners, and the ability to browse and message coaches. You won't be charged unless you upgrade to a paid plan. If you find a coach and schedule a session during the trial, special rates apply to trial members.
How do I find the right coach for me?
Use our advanced coach directory to filter by specialization, experience level, hourly rate, and availability. Read detailed bios, reviews, and trading philosophies from past students. You can message coaches directly before booking a session. We recommend reading at least 3-5 reviews and having a brief conversation to ensure they match your learning style and goals.
Can I switch my subscription plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate your charges based on your current billing cycle. If you upgrade, you'll have access to additional features right away. If you downgrade, you'll retain your current access until your next billing date.
How does the AI search work?
Our AI search understands natural language queries about trading concepts, strategies, and platform features. Simply type your question in plain English, and the AI will search our knowledge base and coaching resources to find relevant answers. It learns from your questions to provide increasingly accurate results over time.

We cover a comprehensive range of options strategies including covered calls, protective puts, spreads (bull/bear/iron), straddles, strangles, calendar spreads, and more. Each strategy includes educational materials, Greeks analysis, real-world examples, and coach availability for specialized guidance on advanced strategies.
How do I track my trading progress?
Log your trades directly into the platform, and our system automatically calculates your P&L, win rate, and key metrics. You can view detailed performance reports, analyze your trading patterns, and share progress with your coach. Our integrated trading journal helps you identify strengths and areas for improvement.
Is my personal data secure?
Absolutely. We use enterprise-grade encryption, secure authentication protocols, and comply with all data protection regulations. Your personal information and trading data are stored securely and never shared with third parties without your consent. We conduct regular security audits and maintain strict privacy standards.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Navigate to Billing > Subscriptions, and click "Cancel Subscription." Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You'll receive a confirmation email, and your data remains available for 90 days after cancellation.

Can I get a refund?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for annual subscriptions if you're not satisfied with the platform. For monthly subscriptions, you can cancel without penalty. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Coach session fees can be refunded if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
How do I contact support?

What are the platform hours?
The Coaching Pro platform is available 24/7. Our coaches maintain their own schedules and availability across all time zones. You can book sessions, access learning materials, and use trading tools anytime. Scheduled maintenance windows (typically 2-4 AM EST) are announced in advance.
How do I become a provider or coach?
We're always looking for experienced trading professionals to join our coaching network. Apply through our Provider Program page with your trading credentials, experience summary, and coaching philosophy. Our team reviews applications within 5 business days and will contact you if you're selected. Accepted providers get full access to our coach dashboard and marketing support.
