- AI Coach Conversations: Text and voice interactions with the AI Coach, including your questions, prompts, and the coaching responses generated. These conversations are stored to provide continuity across sessions and enable personalized coaching.
- Provider Credentials: For coaching providers, we collect trading certifications, experience history, and professional qualifications.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, and interaction patterns to improve the platform experience.
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution for compatibility optimization.
- Log Data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs for security monitoring and analytics.
- Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication and preferences, and optional analytics cookies to understand platform usage.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve our services, including:
- Creating and managing your account and subscription
- Matching you with suitable coaches based on your profile and goals
- Processing payments and managing billing
- Sending essential communications about your account, sessions, and platform updates
- Providing customer support and responding to inquiries
- Improving platform features, AI models, and user experience
- Analyzing aggregated and anonymized AI Coach conversation data to identify common trading challenges, improve coaching accuracy, develop new features, and measure coaching effectiveness
- Preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access

3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- With Coaches: When you book a session, your name and relevant profile information is shared with the coach to facilitate the session.
- Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services (Stripe for payments, Supabase for data storage, Netlify for hosting) that process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
- Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or government regulation, we may disclose your information to comply with legal obligations.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of the transaction.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
- TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit
- AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest

- Role-based access controls for internal systems
- Secure authentication with optional two-factor authentication (2FA)

While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and enable 2FA on your account.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account deletion, we retain anonymized usage data for analytics and may retain certain records as required by law. Specifically:
- Active accounts: Data retained for the duration of account activity.
- Deleted accounts: Personal data is deleted within 90 days. Financial records are retained for 7 years as required by tax regulations.
- Support communications: Retained for 2 years after the last interaction.
- AI Coach conversations: Retained for the duration of account activity. You may request deletion of your conversation history at any time by contacting support. Upon account deletion, all conversation data is permanently deleted within 90 days. Anonymized, aggregated analytics derived from conversations may be retained indefinitely as they cannot be linked back to individual users.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

8. Children's Privacy
Coaching Pro is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
