Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Pro at any time from the Subscription panel in your dashboard. The 14-day free trial applies to your first Pro subscription. If you want to downgrade back to Starter, you can cancel your Pro subscription and it will revert to the free Starter plan at the end of your current billing period.

The AI Coach is your personal trading assistant built into the dashboard. Click "Launch Coach" to start a session. It provides pre-trade sanity checks, analyzes your logged trades, monitors your tilt score, and gives contextual coaching based on your trading patterns. On the Starter plan you get 5 AI-coached trades per month; on Pro it's unlimited. The Tilt Score is a unique feature that monitors your emotional state and trading behavior. It detects patterns like revenge trading, FOMO entries, and overtrading. On Starter, you get basic tilt detection. Pro unlocks the full psychology engine with detailed behavioral coaching, pattern recognition, and push notification alerts when your tilt score rises. This helps you stay disciplined and avoid costly emotional decisions.

Click "Browse Services" in your dashboard sidebar to explore the provider marketplace. Providers offer a range of services including premium courses, workshops, mentorship programs, trading tools (scanners, screeners, analytics), and digital products. You can view service descriptions, pricing, and subscribe to the ones that match your trading goals. The marketplace lets you enhance your learning beyond the built-in training paths.

Sign up with a provider account to access the Provider Dashboard. From there you can create and publish services — courses, workshops, tools, mentorship programs, or digital products. Set your own pricing and manage your listings. The provider dashboard includes earnings tracking, subscriber management, and a dedicated provider profile. Visit the Provider Login page to get started.

Providers keep 80% of their gross revenue, with 20% going to platform operations. The Provider Dashboard shows your active services, subscriber count, gross revenue, and your 80% share in real time. Payouts are processed monthly on the 15th. You can set up your preferred payout method in the Provider Profile section of your dashboard.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). You can update your payment method anytime from the Subscription panel in your dashboard. The Starter plan is free and requires no payment information to get started.

You can cancel your Pro subscription anytime from the Subscription panel in your dashboard. Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free Starter plan. You'll retain access to your trade history and basic features on Starter. If you want to delete your account entirely, contact support at support@coachingpro.ai.

The Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial, so you can try all features before being charged. If you're not satisfied after being charged, contact support within 7 days for a refund. After 7 days, you can cancel to prevent future charges but the current period is non-refundable. For provider marketplace purchases, refund policies are set by each individual provider.
